Dasha has been working for Anastasia Intl for about 3 yearsand started her career at Anastasia as a Phone Introduction operator. She was a big help to every client. It is fair to say that she was a part of the conversations, a connecting-link all the time. Distinguished for her perfect knowledge of English and the skill to find the approach she started working on tours to Odessa as a junior assistant. She got along very well with everybody, was always very helpful. After the tour we received only good feedbacks and most of the clients distinguished Dasha as a nice person who is sociable and responsible.
Dasha continued working as the interpreter in the office. Moreover she started working with new staff and trained them, explained how to work, what to do in this or that situation.
Then Dasha was promoted to a Phone Introduction Supervisor. If clients experienced any difficulties with the service she always provided professional help and care.
She continued working on Odessa , Kiev , and Moscow tours. More and more clients got engaged as Dasha and the assistants worked hard and did very well.

Her broad experience in different services of the company makes her very competent in various areas and she can always give you a valuable piece of advice.
