Dear Margarita,
I had a very good time during my Anastasia tour.
I particularly liked my time in St. Petersburg. The customer service, socials, and group tour were all excellent in St. Petersburg. I found Jane (hospitality room) and Natasha (group tours) very friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way.
Overall Margarita I had a wonderful time. I met so many wonderful people and I loved learning about Russian culture and the people. I probably would not use Anastasia again for the full tour package and would consider a land only package and make my own arrangements. I just feel that I could have better accommodations and save some money by doing it myself next time. I did very much enjoy my trip though and I wish the best to yourself and the people at Anastasia.
